Description:

This program scales, stretches, squishes, rotates, flips and trims digital images. It adjusts the brightness, contrast and color level of your image. With its Fixed Size feature, Foto Trimmer can automatically scale and trim images to common sizes for banner ads, greeting cards and use as photographs on Web pages.

The tools appear in a simple tabbed panel on the left-hand side of the image. Single-key shortcuts are included for each tool.
